Session Overview. A session for bankers and professional advisors on how to look for signs inside their clients to help identify risk factors, provide insight to potentially realign their strategy going forward and to validate or create new drivers and metrics to build company value. This session will also help RMA members look at their organization to see if they can use some of these ideas internally.

The event will start with an overview of factors to consider driving changes in businesses, then address items to evaluate that might create risk or opportunities, review the impact of fraud due to the pandemic, and provide ideas to help clients rebuild value or leverage marketplace opportunities. The session will touch on some time sensitive accounting events including the PPP forgiveness process, the tax impact of the PPP loans, and the potential impact of PPP on financial statements.

Panelists. Our two speakers have different backgrounds that complement each other. Jeff Lucke will provide a well-rounded perspective from both the CPA firm perspective and the owner of other businesses. Jeff has a long-standing CPA firm in the community and has ownership interests in several other businesses. Bob Lewis is the President of The Visionary Group and works closely with Lucke and Associates. Visionary works exclusively with other CPA firms across the country on growth and M&A.
